Capabilities

A real file manager underneath

Not yet wired into Nia's chat — but the file manager itself already works.

The real operations, not a preview

Compress and extract

Zip it up or open it

Self-hosted, same as the rest of Nia

Your files stay on your own hardware — once this is wired into Nia's chat, the same three-tier trust model will apply to anything it does here too.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this live inside Nia yet?

Not yet — the file manager itself is real and working, but Nia's chat can't act on it directly today. That integration is planned.

Is this the same files Nia already reads?

The intent is exactly that — a real, browsable home for the files your assistant already works with, not a separate silo.
