Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

Using Nia

Nia gives you an AI assistant across your terminal, browser, and the web — including the ability to run commands, edit files, browse the web, and act on connected services on your behalf. You're responsible for what you ask it to do, and for reviewing anything it proposes before approving it, especially for tools that touch your files or accounts.

Early access

Nia is under active development. Features can change, break, or disappear without much notice, and the service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind while we're in this stage.

Acceptable use

Don't use Nia to break the law, abuse other people, or attack systems you don't have permission to touch. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time. We can also terminate accounts that violate these terms. Either way, deletion removes your data per our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
